Our Team
Charles Briffa and Manuel Micallef have over 20 years of direct experience in the construction industry collectively.
Charles from a young age was involved in the industry, mainly in carpentry – something which was influenced by his close-knit family. He then moved on to wall finishes and for 20 years executed and mastered gypsum works, plastering, feature walls creation and painting.
Manuel who was a professional tile layer from a young age excelled on a spectrum of applications – including bathroom installations.
The two were contracted separately on the same site – which is where their friendship blossomed and Together Turnkey was born. The two shared common values in striving to achieve high-quality workmanship, exceptional detailing, and embracing the latest materials and technologies available on the market.
After meeting several disillusioned clients, dissatisfied by the overall quality of workmanship available in the local market, the duo – determined to change this, teamed up. Together along with their team of reliable and proficient craftsmen, they developed and embraced a new era for the trade – one that focuses on accompanying clients in executing their vision via a complete turnkey solution.

Our Process
The design process begins within our workshops, both on and off-site, whereby concepts are discussed and the initial material palette is identified. In the meantime, a project timeline is generated, and initial budget estimates are prepared.
Once the overall concept is agreed upon, the works move into the detail design stage, where the actual materials are procured and the craftsmen and tradesmen can be mobilised.
Trade-specific meetings are held to ensure all details are addressed, and all members of the team clearly understand the vision for the project. Together Turnkey Contractors line up suppliers to ensure that a logical and smooth workflow is implemented.
